As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional remote technical support to customers and collaborate with internal teams. This role focuses on problem resolution, the establishment of alert-handling procedures, and continuous improvement of the MyMecatherm tool. Your expertise will directly influence customer experiences and equipment performance.

• Ensure control hub performance and continuous software evolution
