FHI 360 is seeking applications for the position of Technical Lead (TL)foran anticipatedfive-year USG funded HIV services and related health systems activityin Zambia. The primary goal of the Activity is toaimto sustain HIV services by strengthening government-led, cost-effective health systems. It supports evidence-based HIV treatment, laboratory services, adherence, and retention, alongside health systems strengthening focused on sustainability, monitoring systems, and the health workforce. 

The Technical Lead will oversee the capacity and institution strengthening portfolio of work and direct the provision of technical assistance and training support to MOH, provincial health offices and local organizations in an array of technical areas including HIV care and treatment, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), organizational development, leadership and coordination.
