The role involves managing formulations from initial entry into the ERP system to ensuring adaptation for customer requirements. You will work closely with the Technical Manager and the R&D lab, gaining experience in testing and production trials. Ensure safety compliance with MSDS documentation and assist in troubleshooting process disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer formulation development from inception
• Document recipe entries in ERP with accuracy
• Participate in batch mixing and production trials
• Collaborate on raw material sourcing and cost savings
• Support R&D lab studies and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
• At least three years of industry experience
