Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Account Manager to join a growing international team serving enterprise clients in the United States.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Zona Río, Tijuana supporting a Microsoft ecosystem-based Saa S platform used by organizations worldwide to manage projects, portfolios, and resources.
We are looking for someone who is technically sharp, genuinely relationship-driven, and comfortable owning a portfolio of client accounts with minimal supervision.

As a Technical Customer Success Specialist you will be assigned a portfolio of approximately 20 US-based enterprise accounts enrolled in a premium adoption program.
