Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually
Garland Commercial Ranges is looking for a Tech Service Specialist V!
Under limited supervision, the Tech Service Specialist V provides technical support on incoming inquiries from Customers, Sales, and Service Techs and service agencies, regarding service and repair issues with supported equipment in the field.
Reporting to the Manager, National Service, this position is based in our Mississauga, Ontario facility. This is a full-time, permanent role that is an addition to headcount.
Major Accountability
- Provide technical support on the product brand equipment for Service Techs, Service agencies, Sales and customers via phone, email, or possibly at a customer's location.
- Work closely with Management, Customer Service, Sales and Engineering to resolve escalated technical support issues evolving around the brand's equipment in a timely manner.
