Your Role
To support a strategic modernization project for a client, we are looking for a Tech Lead / Go Architect to drive the refactoring of a critical platform.
- Design and implement a structured refactoring strategy for an existing Go codebase.
- Conduct code audits, identify technical debt, and lead correction initiatives.
- Redefine the software architecture, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting Go best practices and coding standards.
- Implement modern CI/CD pipelines, automate testing and deployment.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical goals.
- Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to empower internal teams post-refactor.
