Tech Lead/Arquitect Golang (Xico)

Your Role
To support a strategic modernization project for a client, we are looking for a Tech Lead / Go Architect to drive the refactoring of a critical platform.
Design and implement a structured refactoring strategy for an existing Go codebase.
Conduct code audits, identify technical debt, and lead correction initiatives.
Redefine the software architecture, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting Go best practices and coding standards.
Implement modern CI/CD pipelines, automate testing and deployment.
Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical goals.
Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to empower internal teams post-refactor.
Who You Are
Proven experience of 7+ years in backend development with deep expertise in Go (Golang).
Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and large‐scale refactoring.
