Job Title : Tech Lead with C# and Python  
Location:  Remote (Canada)  
Duration: Long Term Contract  
Rate: CAD 58/hr on T4  
Job Description:  
12+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation 
Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NET  
Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution  
Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations 
Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms 
Strong experience with MS SQL , including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs
