What You’ll Do

Lead a High-Performing Team

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 professionals, including mental health consultants and RTE Consultants
• Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration
• Drive performance, provide ongoing feedback, and build robust development plans
• Establish and manage clear performance frameworks, including KPIs, productivity expectations, and quality standards, using data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and continuously improve team effectiveness

Build Capability Across the Organization

• Deliver targeted one‑on‑one mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Consultants to strengthen mental health claims expertise
• Design and lead engaging group learning sessions on mental health and complex claims topics
