What You’ll Do
Lead a High-Performing Team
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 professionals, including mental health consultants and RTE Consultants
- Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration
- Drive performance, provide ongoing feedback, and build robust development plans
- Establish and manage clear performance frameworks, including KPIs, productivity expectations, and quality standards, using data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and continuously improve team effectiveness
Build Capability Across the Organization
- Deliver targeted one‑on‑one mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Consultants to strengthen mental health claims expertise
