Ideal candidates possess 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in wood products, and at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity. Your role will be essential for maintaining safety and achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across teams to streamline operations
• Troubleshoot effectively and devise quick solutions
• Manage team productivity and recovery initiatives
• Coach, inspire, and lead by example daily
• Document and address safety and maintenance issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• 3-5 years in manufacturing environments
• Experience leading teams for 2-3 years
