Team Lead, Warehouse (Quebec City)

Overview

This role is part of our ET/UT product line. The incumbent coordinates, supervises, and provides operational support to the warehouse team. Responsible for receiving materials, managing inventory, preparing bins, identifying materials, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality system requirements, and maintaining the warehouse’s operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and oversight of the team’s work in accordance with the objectives set by the supervisor.
• Coordinate the assignment of daily tasks, distribution of work, and management of operational priorities.
• Attend daily production team meetings.
• Develop and adapt the role in response to new internal demands and organizational objectives.
• Manage all warehouse operations: cleanliness, organization, material identification, and control of incoming and outgoing goods.
