Worldpanel by Numerator is seeking an exceptional Team Lead, People Development & Experience (Worldpanel) to support and execute talent and employee experience strategies across the Worldpanel organization. Reporting to the Director, People Development & Experience, this role leads a small global team responsible for delivering learning, leadership development, career development, performance management, and employee experience programs across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and UK/I.

Serving as a key liaison between the Global People Development & Experience team and Worldpanel HR Business Partners, the Team Lead ensures programs align with business priorities while delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience.
