General Responsibilities

The HHP Team Lead supports the efficient and effective operations of HHP services and staff. Supervises the work of the Homeless Health Program, including both in‑shelter and outreach interprofessional teams.

Accountability

• The Team Lead (Nursing) reports to the Manager of the appropriate program
