In this complex role, you'll manage team operations, develop action plans, and create training initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely evaluations and quality compliance within the organization through effective stakeholder management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Create and maintain control evaluation coverage plans
• Act as an escalation point for control testers
• Review, sign off, and present evaluation results
• Support change initiatives and enhance program maturity
