Leading Thunderbird Lodge is hiring a Teacher for its innovative Land Based Program. You will be directly involved in developing cultural curricula and facilitating land-based educational experiences for Indigenous male youth aged 12-17. This position plays a key role in promoting mental health and addiction recovery while fostering educational partnerships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and offer culturally informed lesson plans
• Provide tailored Cultural Base Curriculum for youth
• Record and manage student cumulative records diligently
• Facilitate engaging land-based educational activities
• Monitor and report on student academic progress
