Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate and deliver engaging ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) sessions for middle and secondary school students. Foster creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through hands-on, project-based learning. Guide students in STEM-related activities, including robotics, electronics, coding, 3 D printing, and prototyping. Encourage students to identify real-world challenges and develop innovative solutions using design thinking methodologies. Support students in project planning, execution, documentation, testing, and presentation. Promote collaboration, teamwork, communication, and entrepreneurial thinking among students. Maintain ATL equipment, tools, and resources, ensuring safe and effective usage. Assist the Lead Educator/Academic Head with administrative and academic responsibilities as required.
