Tax Manager

• Full ownership of indirect tax (VAT) compliance in Mexico


• Manage tax reporting, reconciliations, and financial alignment


• Provide advisory and business support on import/export transactions


• Ensure compliance with key tax controls and risk management practices


• Coordinate with global tax teams and external advisors


• Support tax audits and litigation exposure handling


• Lead and manage local tax team members


• Drive proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment

Global exposure in a dynamic tax leadership roleHigh-impact position with growth in multinational structure

• Strong expertise in Mexican indirect taxes (IMMEX, import/export)


• Advanced English (global reporting exposure)


• Solid SAP experience


• 6-8+ years of relevant experience in tax


• Background in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or tax advisory firms
