Key Responsibilities:
• Process, upload, and authorize invoices in Coupa
• Reconcile daily EDI payments against bank statements
• Investigate issues within the cancelled invoice queue
• Follow up on outstanding invoice statement balances
• Update vendor information in the system promptly
