Tamy looking for a babysitter or nanny in Toronto

I have two toddler twins who are cute, sweet and a handful. I would like someone with professionalism, strong organizational skills, patience, kindness and some knowledge on early childhood education.
I would like to have them covered on occasional weekends, and go from there.
