Job Description
Help foster community connections by becoming a Talking Café Facilitator with Compassionate Communities Kingston Canada. Create engaging spaces for older adults to connect and converse.
This volunteer position requires warm and patient individuals in Kingston, ON to facilitate discussions in a friendly setting. You will encourage participation, manage light dynamics, and ensure a positive, respectful atmosphere where everyone's voice is heard. Experience the joy of aiding seniors' social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage participants during gatherings
