As a Talent Sourcer, you will be the engine behind our recruitment capability, using intelligent sourcing tools, market intelligence and AI-augmented technology to identify, attract, and engage the talent we need to power MSCI. Working closely with our Recruitment Partners, you will own the top of the funnel, bringing creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking to how we reach and nurture candidates across EMEA.
