In this full-time role, you will oversee talent acquisition both for FutureSight's core team and its co-created ventures. Collaborate closely with Studio partners and founders to source elite talent. Develop repeatable processes while maintaining a robust talent CRM to streamline hiring efforts and improve team assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing for founder and operator roles across ventures
• Maintain the living talent CRM; ensure fresh leads
• Build repeatable talent acquisition processes and scorecards
• Track metrics to refine search strategies and outcomes
