Overview
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support People Corporation's continued growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The role offers the opportunity to manage full‑cycle recruitment, build meaningful relationships with hiring leaders and candidates, and contribute to a best‑in‑class recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of positions across the organization, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent attraction channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring ongoing engagement with prospective candidates.
