Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.

• Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments.
