Overview

Our Client is a global leader in distribution solutions meeting the needs of industries such as food, pharma, personal care and industrial. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring three to four days per week onsite in Mississauga and one to two days working remotely.

This strategic talent acquisition business partner will oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the attraction of top talent and fostering an exceptional candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate will excel in developing recruitment strategies, employer branding and data-driven solutions for Canada & US while contributing to a culture of excellence.
