Talent Acquisition Manager (Brampton)

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing senior leadership, management and specialist talent. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic insight into the talent market, build talent pipelines and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition cycle
• Focus on growth objectives and brand strategies
• Recruitment forecast based on business requirements
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to leverage standardized tools, systems, and processes
• Proactively source and utilize data and market intelligence
• Deliver on current and future talent needs for the business
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including industry events and networking, to identify potential candidates
• Monitor and review performance metrics to assess team performance and improve talent acquisition processes
