Our client, a North American leader in distribution and industrial packaging with over 45 years of stability, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead for their Milton location. This 100% on-site, functional leadership role is designed for a high‑performing recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, owning the recruitment function and driving process improvements while mentoring junior team members. Managing a desk that sees significant inbound application volume (300–400 daily), you will be responsible for identifying top‑tier talent for warehouse operations and niche corporate roles.
