You’ll be responsible for engaging with candidates, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Experience with MS Office and ATS is essential.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee recruitment for high-volume hourly production roles • Conduct phone screens and manage interview logistics • Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout • Coordinate onboarding and keep records organized • Generate reports to aid in tracking recruitment metrics
