The role in a nutshell In this position, you will manage a varied portfolio of recruitment mandates covering a broad spectrum of positions, from highly specialized technical roles to professional, corporate and site-based employees.
Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and external partners, you will help attract and secure the right people for teams operating in a unique environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and effective collaboration are essential.
While recruitment will remain at the heart of your responsibilities, this role will also provide the opportunity to support the HR Business Partner with various coordination activities and HR initiatives, offering valuable exposure to broader human resources practices.
