Job Description
We are expanding our Customer Success team and need someone who isn't just fluent in Taiwanese , but who truly understands the nuances of the culture and the Passion for Excellence our brand represents.
The Mission: You'll be the voice of a global shopping platform, helping our Taiwanese-speaking customers navigate their orders, resolve concerns, and experience luxury-level support. This isn't about clearing a queue; it's about representing a world-class brand with responsibility and empathy.
What we are looking for:
- Native-level Taiwanese (Hokkien) fluency is a must, alongside strong English (B2) for our internal multicultural collaboration.
- Degree or Diploma (any field). If you're a fresh grad in Mass Comm or English, this is a perfect first step into a global corporation.
- At least 6 months of experience in any customer-facing role.
