Position Details:
Position: Tactical Shift Supervisor
Site: Dartmouth General
Hours: 4 on, 4 off rotation, 12 hour shifts
Shift Supervisors are responsible for:
Directing employees to perform to the standards of Paladin's policies and proceduresEnsuring employees have and retain knowledge of the site operationsEnsuring their team is made aware of and understand any Paladin issued memo/announcementEnsuring contractual obligations are met - such as no time loss on site. Addressing lateness, absences, and covering shifts as neededResponding to all emergencies; taking command of the situationEnsuring the health and safety of staff as it pertains to training on Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and reporting any incidents that occur during their shiftDealing with disciplinary issues t...
