Responsibilities

• Managing hardware and software in a 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
• Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.
• Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
