Job Description
Responsibilities
Function as a Power BI and SQL query expert, translating business requirements into effective reports, data visualizations, queries/stored procedures, key performance indicators (KPIs), data analysis/interpretation to support financial reporting and decision‑making processes.
Capable of understanding data models and performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the finance system, understanding transactional level processing to provide back‑up support to the systems team and support various data‑related requests.
Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement, and spearhead the development of scripts or workflows to streamline routine tasks, improving overall operational efficiency.
