Enhance surgical care delivery as the Regional Medical Director and Department Head at Fraser Health. Drive quality, standardization, and safety in patient care while leading a dedicated team.
This senior leadership position is integral to supporting surgical services across Fraser Health. You will hold accountability for departmental operations, quality monitoring, recruitment, and fostering a culture of excellence among Medical Staff, while collaborating with healthcare leaders to align strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop standards for medical care and departmental practices
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with FH leadership for resource advocacy
• Mentor Medical Staff and support orientation processes
• Manage disputes involving Medical Staff effectively
