In this important role, you will facilitate access to safe housing and provide support that encourages self-development through community activities. You will need flexibility in your schedule to effectively respond to the needs of participants, including work on weekends or evenings if necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of the Housing Matters initiative
• Support participants in maintaining stable housing
• Facilitate engagement in cultural and community activities
• Build and maintain partnerships within the community
• Address homelessness risks associated with family violence
Requirements:
• Background in Human Services required
