We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead who understands what it takes to motivate and lead a team.
You'll be developing a solid foundation for our operations and innovating on ways to scale it quickly and effortlessly.
What you'll be doing
Managing a team of 5–10 FTEs
Leading the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations
Conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
Challenging processes and procedures for continuous improvement
