Support Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key link between our data integrity and our sales success.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the data entering our platform is accurate and high-quality, while directly supporting our Sales team by managing the initial account creation process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities Data Quality Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred but not required.
