Support Engineer, SAP SD

Rimini Street, Inc. is actively seeking a Support Engineer, SAP SD to work remotely from Brazil.

Position Summary

The role involves providing exceptional remote‑based support for mission‑critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team. Responsibilities include researching, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple SAP modules in 4.x and ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP application functionality and technology.
• Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high‑quality customer experience.
• Configure, present, and discuss best practices and functionalities of the SAP SD module.
• Apply knowledge of Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support client customizations, sharing experience and best‑practice advice.
