Purpose
Ensure the optimal configuration and customization of the supply planning system, enabling flexibility and agility in planning processes.
The Supply Planning Power User will act as a key liaison between the supply chain business teams and the IT department, providing advanced system support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that the planning system aligns with evolving business needs to deliver value.
Responsibilities
Customize planning system fields, workflows, and parameters to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with supply chain planners to implement custom reports, dashboards, and system views for better visibility and decision-making.
Track system usability metrics, perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to ensure the system continues to deliver value.
Maintain and configure master data to reflect real‐time operational changes.
