Job Summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager. The SCPM leads complex, cross‑functional supply chain programs within a matrix environment across sites and countries, critical to the Bussmann Division's business performance. The role ensures disciplined program execution across suppliers, sourcing, operations, and engineering, with accountability for cost, schedule, risk, and delivery outcomes from program initiation through implementation and stabilization. The SCPM partners closely with Category Management, Product/Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external suppliers, serving as the primary supply chain interface to the Program Management Office (PMO) and ensuring seamless alignment across the full supply chain—from supplier to customer.
