**In your role, you will**:
- Establish and maintain relationship with strategic suppliers located worldwide from a commercial and contractual standpoint
- Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development team
- Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation
- Lead negotiations of complex contractual terms and conditions resulting from product ranges, with external suppliers
- Draft contractual agreements in close collaboration with the legal team
- Prepare business cases and present to procurement management and other stakeholders for approval
