Supplier Quality Engineer

In this role, you will ensure that external suppliers provide high-quality products, materials, and services that meet company and industry standards and work to continuously improve the performance of supplied components, assemblies, and outsourced processes.
**Are You Looking to**:- Promote continuous improvement techniques with suppliers to reduce variability, achieve process control, lower costs, and improve PPM (Parts per Million) performance.
- Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate supply base capabilities, including Non-Conformance Tracking and Supplier Quality Scorecard.
- Conduct Supplier Quality Audits.
- Lead/Participate in multifunctional teams in investigating and resolving non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with internal technical functions to address and improve product quality issues at the supplier level.
