- Responsible for supplier development and quality performance in manufacturing or service processes, ensuring continuous improvement, process control, and compliance with quality standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead supplier selection with sourcing (quality, capability, cost, delivery, compliance).
- Execute supplier qualification: risk assessment, audits, and approval processes.
- Provide value-added engineering feedback based on drawings and specifications.
- Manage material/component qualification (PPAP/FAI, FMEA, control plans, MSA, etc.).
- Monitor pilot runs and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
