Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer / IATF Coordinator

Job Summary The SQA / IATF Engineer is responsible for ensuring supplier quality compliance, supporting manufacturing quality systems, and maintaining compliance with IATF 16949 standards within the automotive industry. This role works closely with suppliers, production, engineering, and customers to improve product quality, reduce defects, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance. Lead supplier audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using 8D methodology. Review and approve PPAP documentation from suppliers. Support APQP activities and new product launches.
