Summary Incumbent coordinates a quality assurance program for areas under his/her purview by data collection, data management, monitoring, tracking, analyzing and interpreting data for the purpose of detecting occurrences or patterns which may negatively affect section performance. Responsibilities This position is within Health Administration Service (HAS) as an assistant section chief over scheduling activities and advanced medical support assistant training. The incumbent has complete authority and responsibility to plan, schedule and carry out major projects for analysis and evaluation of medical center programs and for improving organizational effectiveness.
