Permanent Full Time, Non-Unionized opportunity in the Development Engineering Department for an experienced and motivated individual.
Position Overview
Provide direct guidance, support and assistance to the administration of subdivision, site plan and servicing agreements between the City of Vaughan and the development community focusing on the Development Inspection and Grading division processes for all new subdivisions, infill lots and pool permits. Performs site inspections as required as part of the municipal inspection. Attends to escalated complaints regarding lot grading and facilitates the resolution process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Three-year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
