Job Description

Reporting to the Base Manager, the In-Flight Service Supervisor has an everyday crucial role towards the success of the cabin crew members. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is responsible for motivating, informing and coaching all crew members on a daily basis. They contribute to the promotion of a professional, motivating and pleasant work environment while ensuring the application of the company standards and regulations in place.

The In-Flight Service Supervisor is at the heart of the operations to support the teams, to detect any problems and/or irregularities surrounding the in-flight operations and to propose visionary solutions, while keeping in mind the reality of the cabin crew members.
