Job Description
Become a Supervisor of Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient day-to-day management of warehouse activities, focusing on team leadership and safety protocols. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
This position requires overseeing shipping, receiving, and equipment maintenance while promoting employee development and adherence to safety standards. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment and achieving operational success through effective supervision and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations for accuracy
• Ensure effective equipment utilization and maintenance
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to discuss productivity goals
