Oversee high-quality patient care as the Clinical Unregulated Care Provider Supervisor. This full-time role focuses on guiding PSWs and HSWs while ensuring adherence to health standards.
As a Clinical UCP Supervisor, you will ensure safe and ethical care practices among your team members. You will be responsible for responding to community needs while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your leadership will help build effective collaborations for clinical care, enhancing the overall health outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise PSWs and HSWs adhering to standards
• Address community staff, patient, and family concerns
• Provide regular leadership and team huddles
• Manage and document safety investigations
• Collaborate on clinical documentation and reporting
