Bilingual Collections Team Leader.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (3rd semester)
English level C1-C2 (Interview is in English)
Advanced Excel
Minimum 2 recent and verifiable years as a Collections Team Leader with more than 30 days past due
Experience in collections leading teams and managing accounts of financial products (Short‐term credit collections, Fintech, TDC, Short‐term Microloans)
Use of predictive dialer
Use of CRM
Training and feedback to teams (approx. 15 people)
Automated collection tools
Collections related KPI reports
Collections scripts
Knowledge of customer collections

Rotated schedule: 8:00am to 3:30pm and from 1:30pm to 8:00pm with one hour of food
